As your baby grows and develops, your body goes through a tremendous amount of changes. During this time your belly moves forward, your low back curve increases, your extremities may swell, your breasts grow, and often times this is a perfect formula for pain, tightness, and tiredness.
If you are beyond 13 weeks in your pregnancy this session is for you. This session is designed to help reduce swelling to extremities, relieve muscle tightness and pain, and help decrease hormones that cause stress. These 60 minute and 90-minute sessions take place in a relaxing environment where the mother and baby’s needs are of utmost importance. The session includes calming music, soft lighting, and a customized routine tailored to meet your specific needs.
